Construction begins on premium aparthotel development in Harrogate .

Countrylarge has commenced construction on a new 25-bedroom aparthotel in the heart of Harrogate, set to deliver 17 premium apartments. Located on James Street, within the town’s historic centre, the scheme benefits from a prime position on one of Harrogate’s busiest shopping areas and less than 150 metres from both the bus and train stations.

Due to open in Q2 2026, the aparthotel will be operated by Beyond Apartments , the UK’s first carbon-neutral serviced apartment brand. The partnership will bring an eco-conscious accommodation offer to Harrogate, providing sustainable yet premium stays designed for both leisure and business travellers.

The development will combine flexible, design-led apartments with a focus on environmental responsibility, aligning with Countrylarge’s commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable projects.
